From October 25th to the 28th I’ve been on the CHI trip. It’s a trip from my exchange organization and it was in Los Angeles. On the 25th I missed school beca we met in the morning with the others. Because my host mom is a coordinator she came on the trip too. We drove to LA in vans and made a stop at these colorful rocks near Las Vegas and In-N-Out.
Then we headed to the Griffith Observatory where we took pictures of the city and the Hollywood sign.
Finally we went to our hotel where we got our rooms, had a meeting where the coordinator talked about the trip, played a game for getting to know each other, ate pizza, went to the pool and finally went to sleep.
The next day was the universal studios-day. It was fun! My group went to almost every good ride except of transformers because a part of the park closed earlier because there was a Halloween event we had to have pay extra for. We also went to the studio tour and a action show called water world.
After the park closed we took some photos, went to the shopping place right next to the park and met the whole group at the hard rock cafe.
The 3rd day was beach day. We drove to Santa Monica and from there every group could do what they want. Some went to a mall nearby but we saw the peer, walked all the way to Venice beach where we went in the ocean, eat, climbed up ropes at these “ playgrounds “ at the beach and saw to the skate park. At the evening we went to the pool like ever night.
The last day we went to Hollywood. We took pictures with the stars on the walk of fame and the hand and foot prints in front of the Chinese theatre and looked at stuff in the souvenir shops.
